For the Partnership for Public Service’s report on examples of customer service in the federal government, I took a more illustrative tactic than usually. Since we often work on issues that are hard to depict (like leadership development or employee engagement), we often rely on conceptual icons. This time, I utilized vector illustrations and customized them for each agency the report discussed.

Results

In addition to the print version, this was also the first research report that featured an all-digital version (which I also designed). The digital report was our most viewed report in the past year.
